A Volcana feating Skeeter series could be a fun weird romp or they could give it to some webcomic artist who make it the same bullshit all the other low tier heroine books are.

I think that's what gives the angle on the book, right? She's a day-care worker given massive superhuman powers. She doesn't exactly fly off and become a champion for good/evil, but she's also been a misfit at least since she hit puberty and she's not gonna just sit around on them, either. So what does she do?

You'd need a good hook, but I like the character set-up by default. The on-off on-off with Owen Reece is pretty great especially considering how Ewing is tying him up after Secret Wars too.

She's not really the villain type though, if it's not Skeeter dragging her into some shenanigans then she's just living a normal every day life. Hell one of the only times that we see her acting solo, without Owen or Skeeter, she saves the day by beating moonstone.
