Yeah, plotwise Uncanny Avengers has been a mess. One part cleaning up Remender continuity (Pym and Skull [whose main book is Captain America anyway]), one part Inhumans-killing-mutant nonsense, one part having to deal with interruptions from events (Standoff, Civil War).

Deadpool's powers are derived from Wolverine's so we should be partially questioning why he doesn't have M-pox too and Deadpool's powers require his cancer cells causing himself to be constantly dying off to prevent Wade from exploding so he's extremely uncopyable unless you want to explode too.

Allow me to explain since Franklin tends to require this explanation.
Franklin would be a naturally occurring mutant even if the FF did not go into space.
He's simply a mishmash of multiple sources of power.
1) His own mutant genes
2) Cosmic rays from his parents augmented that further
3)Annihilus cosmic control rod thingy gave him a massive power boost too and should be roughly akin to all of of the Negative zone at once.
4) He was personally delivered by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee
5) Might be something else but I can't recall it atm.

All of this came together to give Franklin an absurd amount of power.

Banner the nerdy nuclear physicist and Grimm the football player, jarhead, engineer, and test pilot probably don't have too much in common. I can see Banner looking at Grimm with massive envy, he'd see it as everything was easy for Grimm his whole life, including not losing his mind when turned into a behemoth. Of course, Ben surely looks at all the hard work he did, going to college on a football scholarship and getting an engineering degree while playing, and unlike Banner he never gets to turn back human.

I just don't see these two liking each other at all, and the reason that Hulk doesn't like Grimm is probably just an extension of Banner hating the "lucky jock".

Deadpool's connections with Elektra are the only reason they ended up being able to track down Banner in the first place, and it's his relationship with Cable that's already saved their ass a bunch now. (Including the whole planet, by preventing Synapse from killing her uncle)

It's refreshing seeing the most notorious mercenary on the planet actually do useful mercenary things, like bribing Wrecker and knowing contacts who cane deliver. Too often Wade just acts as discount quipster and meatshield for others who can't get dismembered without editorial approval. He's got one of the strongest (if somewhat warped) moral centers of the "killer" superheroes, and he's almost always willing to martyr himself to help others.

Memepool is so completely uninteresting compared to "Wade had a hard life" Deadpool, and it's gratifying to see that in both his own issue and UA he's capable of being serious.

Sabertooth remembering how he led Wade to kill his parents and torch their house, and Wade not being able to remember it since he's got his head brainwashed and blown up and fucked up so many times was actually fucking depressing.

His daughter, Preston and getting rid of madcap/yellow boxes has been the best thing to happen to the character in a long time.

Even in the jokey weirdly lighthearted Spiderman/Deadpool series he's got his moments, like Spiderman (who hates wade's guts at the time) meeting Ellie and having her gush about how she's so happy to finally meet uncle spidey.
