That's the episode OP posted, someone just reversed the races.

The whole episode didn't make sense since not-Homer's last name was Simpson, he looked exactly like Homer, but he wasn't the father of not-Marge's children; she kept the last name when she ran off with the slave, who she had kids with. So the current Simpsons aren't even related to the Simpsons that not-Homer was part of.
