Whatever happened to pic related? Was it cancelled?
>>88411728
It was delayed so much that it still hasn't started its CW2 tie in.
I see you are unfamiliar with Ellis
You see Warren Ellis' computer broke in 2008 in a freak accident which also destroyed time. This is responsible for every late book or cancelled project he has had since (or even before).
DC offered him somthing he actually had a interest in
>>88413597
I'll believe it when all the issues are out
>>88411848
Kek I'm making this my headcanon
>>88411728
#5's sales fell below cancellation level so it's guaranteed to not continue.

>Karnak
>not of interest to Ellis
Bullshit it's literally him as a superhero.

Artist went crazy and stopped returning Marvel's calls. They had to get a new one on short notice.
As such it's basically a 1-arc mini. Final issue's out this month IIRC.
Is this any good?

>They had to get a new one on short notice.
He's slow as fuck though.
>Final issue's out this month IIRC.
Nope, it's February 2017.
And lastly:
>implying Gerardo Zaffino is out of this business

actual canon. It's amazing how much he has milked that broke computer excuse.
>>88415368
It's better than a lot of what Marvel is putting out right now.

>Nope, it's February 2017.
shiiiiiiiiiiit
>implying Gerardo Zaffino is out of this business
I didn't, going crazy =/= retirement.

It's... esoteric. If you liked the kind of big ideas thrown around in Planetary you'll probably like this. Then again at only 6 issues you might as well anyway.
I'll say this much, for my personal enjoyment: Ellis portraying Karnak as an unlikable 5egy10me cunt for the first 4 issues isn't tone deaf, it pays off and is real cathartic in the doing. Provided 6 doesn't do a U-turn, at least.

Fell #10 never

Karnak has seen the flaws in Civil War 2 and has orchestrated delays to save the title. Even if it ensures it's cancellation. Of course anyone could see the flaws in an event written by Bendis a mile away.

>Ellis portraying Karnak as an unlikable 5egy10me cunt for the first 4 issues isn't tone deaf, it pays off and is real cathartic in the doing.
I liked Karnak in Ewing's Ulysses mini, which was mostly just "Karnak is an enormous bullying cunt to Ulysses to Miyagi him into being able to use his powers". Is this similar?

Wasn't that Templesmiths fault since he already send him scripts and he also happened to cancel wormwood too?
>>88418079
Doktor Sleepless #14-16 never
Why does Tucker Stone hate Warren Ellis?

what's a 'tucker stone'?

>>88420318

>>88423445

>>88415429
February? Fuck. That's ridiculous.
