From a consumer standpoint it'd be great, but it'd make zero fucking sense from a business standpoint.

Marvel Unlimited works for Marvel because they have fuck all old issues/runs/elseworlds that people actually want to spend money on (it's why DC kills them in trade sales) but DC makes a boat load off those types of sales. Plus add in the cartoons, movies and series for what? A monthly fee of $10-$15? Not worth it.
