It's a good show, but it's not a Sonic show at all. It's 2000s gaming webcomic humor turned into a cartoon, except done well enough to not be cringy.

Well, I personally think it's great. Consistently hilarious, and with the animation budget boost this season we'll probably see less "sitcommy" plots and more like a classic comedy cartoon.

Anyways, Boom's the best Sonic show yet, imo. The jokes are funny, the character don't stray too far off from their game counterparts but are still portrayed in a unique manner, & Eggman (as usual) is gold.

Fuck CN for messing with the show's schedule, tho.

Humor is targetted to a pretty young audience, but it's just so satisfying to see sonic get shit on constantly by everyone and also to see Amy be a completely unapologetic bitch.

Also Eggman is in it which automatically makes every scene he's in good. He doesn't even care about winning anymore he's just being a dick for no reason.

Better than it has any right to be, but by all means nothing fantastic. You get a chuckle here or there.

Sonic Boom is what I consider to be "Teen Titans Go Done Right".

The jokes are funny and the characters despite having slightly (Or in Knuckles case, Majorly) altered personalities for this show are still themselves.

And Eggman. Good fucking god, literally ask anyone who has seen this show "what was the funniest part of the episode?" and I'm sure most of the time they will say Eggman. While Sticks is my personal favorite character (and Female Sonic character in general) Eggman along with Knuckles are two of the biggest sources of laughs in the series and I love it.

Eggman is best character, as always.

There's something about heroes/super heroes in mundane, sitcom like hijinks that I really enjoy, when done right of course. Sonic Boom and The Tick are my favorites in that regard.

It's your run of the mill modern day comedy cartoon show.
I fell that you could replace the cast with any other franchise's characters and it wouldn't change the show in one bit.
I wouldn't have mind if it had a bit more of an action adventure aspect but I know that's not going to fly with today's kids.
Once they cancel it no one but die hard Sonic nerds will remember it.

I only really find Eggman entertaining in it. Everyone else varies between dull or annoying for me and the plots as well as most of the jokes are such overdone copy paste jobs I find it hard to get much out of it.
Occasionally it has some entertainment value outside of Eggman, but not often.

Delivery could be better at times and sometimes the animation is really stiff. Humor is on point and I think Boom Sonic sounds much better with Roger craig smith than Game sonic.

I saw the character designs and thought it was going to be terrible. Sure enough the episodes started out pretty cringe-y, but as they went on I eventually found myself actually enjoying them. Even the almost complete change to Knuckles worked.

Now it's probably my favorite iteration of Sonic. It'll be shame when it ends and we go back to having Eggman as the passable character. Still probably only a 7/10 (maybe occasionally pushing 8), but that puts it ahead of most stuff to come out of the Sonic series.
