what if we got rid of the comic book direct market, got rid of most floppies and focused sales on trades so each series is harder to crossover but on the other hand feels more cohesive and easier to access because trades get past the constant renumbering and "this'll be a collectors edition floppy someday!"

a. None, there is no clear bottom number a book needs to cross to be cancelled
b. If they'll feel like they will cancell books selling still above those 20k people assumed to be their bottom line. For example A-Force never dropped below it and was still cancelled at #10.
c. Diamond sales numbers are worthless and don't reflect real sales figures. The only things they'll ever tell you is how well a book sold compared to this month's Batman, which is almost always "worse than Batman".
