It's not even only mutants that are dying. Not all Inhumans survive terrigenesis and secondary terrigenesis has a much higher fatality rate and straight up turns people into monsters over half the time.

On top of that, much like mutants, some Inhumans just fucking go nuclear when they get their powers and wipe out entire towns.

On top of THAT, that's just for pureblood Inhumans. Mixed breeds have an even lower rate of survival when exposed to terrigenesis.

It's frankly amazing Inhumans aren't worse off than mutants yet.
