Don't think it get touched on much. They interacted a bit after Cable saved her from the end of time after one version of her got stuck there (the other becoming the Mother Askani that had Cable brought to the future as a child to save his life), but for the most part they don't really interact much. They essentially come from different realities, after all (with Rachel's home reality no longer existing, I think?)
