1 and 13 come closest for me; I really like the scarf look. The worst are 12 and 9; I don't mind 4 or 8, but they're kind of generic, and 3 is... well. I can't really explain why, but I don't like it much.

I've said it before, but I'd really like a Carol based on 1, that turns the "underwear" into a belt, swaps the black for blue, gives her pants, and uses the lightning bolt from the black outfit. Probably have longer boots, too.
Also, have the blue stripe at the top come down further, and make the hala star red and formed from negative space for it.
Also, have her join up with X-Force with the Binary outfit. She fits better there than on the Avengers.
