I would for a few of my female friends and one of my male friends, but no matter what, I would hold back my partner with my shortcomings. I don't have enough positive personality traits to balance it out. If I tried to hide the negative parts of myself in a fusion, it would just be a fusion dominated by the other party. The fusion in this show is no gayer than DBZ fusion.
All that matters is that you've synchronized. That was the point of the DBZ dance too, if you think about it. If you wanted to, you could fuse using that, but it might be too rigid unless you were both into it. Heck, it's more that you're trying to meet in the middle of your personalities.
