Am I allowed to say something bad about Samurai Jack without getting decapitated?

I didn't like it because it had no writing team and the art style and humour would get far too goofy for what the show was going for.
Gendy's simple idea of a samurai in a sci-fi setting wasn't fleshed out enough to make a proper show. Most of the atmosphere in the show ended up being simply the samurai walking and listening for 10 minutes.
Plus the choreography was inferior compared to Gendy's Star Wars.

I actually liked the fact that the dialogue was kept to a minimum and I wish Aku had been mute instead of a humorous entertaining bad guy. Mako's voice is too charming to hate.

Not really. It still has the best sound and music design of possibly any western cartoon ever made. Also the animation while simple was sometimes used in incredibly unique ways like the episode where Jack blindfolds himself or where he faces the black ninja. Overall though some rate it higher than it should be its still an incredibly well made cartoon.
