The problem with this (besides that it doesn't really role off your tongue) is that New 52 Barry isn't really as old as Legacy Barry was, even when Johns did his shitty ass The Flash - Rebirth.

It's just like Superdad was written and drawn, especially with the beard, as say mid to maybe even late 30s (which is perfectly in line with post COIE, pre-FP Superman) but now is shown to be and look like he's barely late 20s.

Barry is kinda drawn to be late twenties and Wally drawn to be 18, 19, 20 or so.

In Convergence as in Multiversity, and pretty much any line wide event crisis that has involved multiple Superman's, they've all been Superman - perhaps characters might have said "Val Zod" when talking about Earth 2 or Kal-L with the old Earth 2, or some such, but they were all still Superman.

And in those two specific line-wide mini-series, Jay Garrick was the Flash, and Barry Allen was the Flash, and presumably some of the other Flash's were Wally and maybe even some of them were Bart, or simply other Wallys and other Barrys. When the multiverse was in crisis, they were all just The Flash.

There really is absolutely no reason for Barry not to be The Flash (as Barry put's it in that Blackest Night panel) and for Wally not to be The Flash.

The books themselves can be, The Flash: Speed Force, or The Flash - Scarlett Speedster or whatever makes people the most happy.
