Thoughts on this? It's one of my favorite comics ever, and the talk of the movie finally getting made makes me excited.

The collected edition was the first comic I ever bought apart from Archie comics at the grocery store. It really defines, for me, what a graphic novel should be, in that it tells a story that could very well have been published as a book, but is only enhanced by the art.

I read whole thing last year when some nice anon was sharing it. It was really nice story and Thorn is my favorite.
Wish I was growing up with it.

Pretty much this.
So what does The Hooded One actually sound like? Given people's reaction to their speaking you'd think it's actually fairly deep, but when we finally get to see the Hooded One's face the idea ofhervoice being that deep seems preposterous.

I've always imagined it along the lines of the Evil Queen from Snow White.

Every Bone thread goes like this:
>It's great!
>Yes, it is!
>[dead after 10 posts]
So, yeah, it's a masterpiece, but we never talk about it for a reason.

That comic practically already is a movie.
I don't know how he managed to achieve this level, but reading Bone is like watching fluid Disney animation.
It's one of the best comics ever, production-wise. And story-wise it's also very good, within the confines of its genre.
Are any of the prequels, sequels, or continuations good? Smith was involved in those as well, but I haven't read any of them.

Bone Coda is coming out at some point.
Rose is good, some people like the Tall Tales book.
Never got into Quest for the Spark series though.

Bone Coda's been out for months. Simple little short story taking place on the Bone Cousins return trip
