This show was weird
The only well animated characters were the girls and their band manager, everyone else looked like they had one draft to draw a character and thats it.
Nothing else was well animated.
They also did this weird thing where we they would show the actual girls they're based off of and they looked nothing like the characters.
The music was ok I guess but I don't remember anything but the theme song.

For me it's a guilty pleasure. The show itself it's not that bad but it becomes strangely entertaining when you start to realize that it's supposed to cash-in on japanese pop culture and yet it relies on 30's-40's cartoon gags more than any other cartoon that aired back then (and even nowdays).


The fact that this was also the only show to be made 100% in the USA (yes, even the animation) makes things only more jarring

Okay, here's how it works:

Normally my ideas come from a specific thread on a specific website, or from some of my associates, friends and business partners. And if none of those come to mind, I just come up with something from my head, usually a kind of role-reversal or something to reduce censorship.

I take suggestions a lot, but not every one is usable. Considering that most of the time I'm paying my own money for the art, I typically have the right to refuse or deny art based on my personal values.

Here's where a Weighted Suggestion comes into play. I've found that when people trust me money, I tend to be a lot more interested in going through with an idea. The idea is that the money is being used as leverage, something that I can place higher priority than a normal pic. Right now I have a massive project going on, but if you qualify for a Weighted Suggestion, I will work together with you for an idea and, upon coming to an agreement, drop my plans for the massive project to work on your idea instead. Basically it's a kind of two-way street: You pay something for an idea, and I send it to my people.
