I live in LA and used to work in Entertainment indirectly (back end, more studio related, etc.). LA in general is more liberal than the rest of the US but isn't this San Francisco type area. When the gay marriage proposition was on the ballot, it lost in the County by a good 54/46 margin. San Francisco itself elected a police chief as mayor about a dozen to 15 years back or so.

He was on tour all of October; you spend your days answering the same questions over and over for journalists, trying to smile, wondering whether lunch is going to be edible, telling the same jokes over and over knowing 99% of the footage isn't going to get used, 90% of the print interviews won't have a reach of more than a few hundred thousand readers and most of those won't finish the article. But you have to do it all, press the flesh, or your movie doesn't sell because people think you don't care and don't bother with you.

So unless he came back from that in November, crapped out a script, went to a bunch of meetings about the script, and it all got agreed on, no, there's no script and no title, because he hasn't had time to do anything. It's december now, so LA went home for the holidays and won't really be back until the second week of January (which is when Affleck starts a new press tour for his new movie, and will spend most of if not all of the month on that.)

Unless of course he doesn't care and Johns is just doing it all without him, in which case it's fucked.

Most of those comics are unrelated, and a few of them are really bad (Whatever Happened, Killing Joke). Sure, I could post a thousand comics that I've read but if I read the wrong comics of course I wouldn't get the way the characters are being used in BvS. I could have read all of X-Mem, Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, and Captain America, but that's not going to be helpful in evaluating Superman and Batman.
