Why does everyone say "RIP Cartoon Network 1992-2004" when it's actually "RIP Cartoon Network 1992-2007"?

During 2004-2006, they had all the cartoons in an awesome city. I absolutely loved alot of the shows they had during the era like Foster's, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Ozzy and Drix, Class of 3000 Camp Lazlo, Juniper Lee, etc. they were just great.

Like most people, I think 2007 was the start of the downfall. I hated Fridays being replaced by Fried Dynamite, Toonami dying, and of course who could forget, Out of Jimmy's Head (at least it had something to do with cartoons unlike the live-action shows that came after), plus some HORRIFIC shows like Chowder, Total Drama island, and Flap Jack started coming in.

The truth is, Cartoon Network was never good until 2010. It always played fourth fiddle to Nick, Disney, and Toon Disney.
