Having a scarred and Hunchback of Notredame tier Batman with one eye bigger than the other would be a fun read desu. Backstory being completely changed, he dons the mask because he was bullied as a kid for looking like a retard, and he trained himself to protect others or something. Also might just be plain terrifying whenever he'd remove his mask.

Hell, could even make him a villain.
