This is something I love about Teth. He knows the gods he answers to and believes in them. In spite of all the horrible things that he has done, he knows his punishment will come someday and he's willing to take it like a man. Just not from hypocritical earthly governments or the JSA. A lot of his morality is based on religious principles and a lot of his drive comes from his faith in the gods that power him. He's cold, and a wanted criminal, but he's also righteous.

read the JSA then 52 then Justice Society of America next. All three have prime Black Adam storylines. I know people suggest Power of Shazam but he felt pretty "eh" there. I honestly didn't like Power of Shazam that much and personally I found it just as edgy at times as its New 52 counterpart at times, fuck Uncle Dudley's an alcoholic and near suicidal at times.
