The problem I have is we haven't seen the Faunus being discriminated against in the Kingdoms, and they're clearly not being forced to go to Menagerie at gun point (well, at least not in Vale but if it happened you'd think Blake would mention it) so we're left with Faunus discrimination being more of an informed attribute than something demonstrated to us
If the Faunus were stuck in incredibly dangerous working conditions even in their homeland though, it would set them up as the bottom rung of the international ecnonomy, and make the Fang striking back a lot easier to believe and sympathise with

In Journey West Sun and the Bull Demon King are sworn brothers and cool with each other at first. But during Sangzang's journey they need the banana fan which belongs to BDK's wife to put out some fire on the mountains they have to cross. So Sun uses his magic to disguise himself as BDK and get the fan from his wife. BDK later finds out, gets pissed, and goes to fight Sun. But before they even fight, Nezha comes down and takes BDK away.

So if RT is going for a 1 for 1 analogy, Sun is going to disguise himself as Adam at some point.

Because there hasn't been much in-universe depictions of Faunus being treated as badly as she claims they are, which is the entire basis of her motivation.

All the people who have been shown to distrust Faunus have a rightful reason for doing so thank to the White Fang and their antics. Outside of that though they've been shown to be generally accepted by the majority of the public and are seen walking around and interacting with humans normally all the time. The only instance we've gotten of a Faunus being bullied for no reason is Cardin bullying Velvet, and even they pointed out that was because Cardin is a dick to everyone and not that he was bullying her specifically because she was a Faunus. Even the conditions in Menagerie don't seem that bad even though it's supposed to be a raw deal for the Faunus. Weiss's rant back in Volume 1 was almost 100% on the nose.

To really sell her angle, MK actually need to show Faunus being oppressed rather than it just being word of god from Blake's own mouth. But as it is now, it just makes her seem like she's caught up on a problem that isn't anywhere near as widespread from what we've been shown so far.

From what we've been shown though nothing is stopping them from leaving Menagerie and making a living elsewhere. Again, all this oppression and discrimination that's supposedly been going on has never been presented upfront. So when a character keeps complaining about it we really have nothing to go on to feel sympathy towards their plight. Like someone else said, even a brief scene of a Faunus worker being mistreated or refused a job because of their race would help immensely.

Once more, this isn't about Blake being unlikable. It's easy to see where they want to go with her personality and motivations. The world building and writing just hasn't done a good job of actually fleshing her out so a lot of her actions come off as biased and selfish.
