Darkhawk is too 90s. His original story is pretty good despite that, being kind of a proto-Jaime Reyes, but I can't see him working too well in the modern day.

They tried reviving him and attempting to make him more important during the DnA Cosmic multi-events, but that ended up getting us shit like the Fraternity of Raptors. Then he shows up again in Avengers Arena just to have his amulet ripped out.
