So was this series basically what Namco chose to fund instead of continuing ShiftyLook? (Granted, like all of three people cared about ShiftyLook anyway. The ShiftyLook Mappy was barebones and not really that clever but it's comfy as fuck and has a special place in my heart.)

While everyone else's designs were alright (The Ghosts were my favorites), I hated Pacman's design. It might be the way he grins showing his teeth, it just doesn't look right.

The ghosts look pretty good (except maybe Clyde). It uses too many fart jokes for its own good, but Ghostly Adventures is mostly inoffensively average.

So in this show Pacman was a preteen or something, right? And they called him Pacster or something retarded like that.

Did he ever achieve PacMAN status or what? Did the show even properly end?

My headcanon dictates this "Pac-Man" is Pac-Man Jr instead of the actual Pac-Man. Going on the fact he has a father and mother (who goes missing), there's at least a scapegoat to my reasonings. And Jr acting like this fits WAY more than the original Pac-Man does.

Only his best friend calls him that. Everyone just calls him Pac because that's his name. That's kind of retarded too, though, since they live in Pac-World and they're all Pac-People. So it's like naming your kid Human. Pac-Man is a title that the Mayor gives him at the start of the series when it's revealed that he's going to be the hero.
