I've read it a few times since it finished couple years ago. Yes it's solid. Enjoyable.

I look forward to the sequel. The author has it in work, but still fleshing out the full story before production. Which is a smart move, even if it means we have to wait longer.

I've seen a few comics that are purely /ss/ wish fullfilment, and those just make me think "that was alright", and move on.
Bikini Cowboy has a good sense of humor, a fun adventure story, characters you give a crap about, and a dash of pathos.

Bought it through comixology due to this thread and gave it a read. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The art is just ok, but I liked the tone and was really interested in where the story was going (and holy shit this thing was longer than I expected). "Solid" is definitely the best word to describe it. Nothing special, but it knows what it is and what it wants to be, and accomplishes both of those things.

It's not just Disney. It's basically any arts/comics job.
I haven't worked any industry jobs, I'll admit, but as a long time fan of comics/cartoons, I've noticed that comic publishers/animation studios don't care if you draw filth or whatever.
They care if you can draw good and within a deadline.
