Nope, online release would actually be awesome for them. Even though everyone was butthurt about the release of Korra, we got the full show very fast. What Nick loves to do is delaying the American release for years, at the same time premiereing it all over the world. And not all international feeds have HD simulcast or an original audio track. I remember few episodes (like FooFee) being online in French a month before they were aired in the US. And shows like Mighty B, Kung Fu Panda and even As Told By Ginger were premered in Greece and Germany a smooth year or two before

Regular Show had one when the show was really good, the half hour special where they got to mention and use guns, Santa got shot, etc.

Then later down the line there was this bullshit romance triangle love story at a christmas party, but it was paired with one of my favorite episodes which was another new episode where Muscle Man gets beat up buy lots of different things the guys put together for about 2 or 3 minutes while a christmas song plays in the background.
