If that were the case I would not hold it against Rebecca in the slightest then. If no one else has ever had a problem with her, and everyone likes her, and she's had the leniency allow Zuke to not only keep her job (assuming she actually quit and wasn't really fired) while also having the creative freedom to make her episodes with a great deal of Zuke's own input and content, Zuke had to have fucked up pretty badly to actually strike a nerve with Rebecca. Yeah, I was never diagnosed by a doctor but whatever I had + low self esteem also made me anorexic to a point where I had to stay in a hospital for a bit. it was all making me pretty stressed out all the time and I wasn't ever getting any sleep because my mind kept telling me I had to repeatedly do random shit over and over again instead of relaxing.

I think the way I got myself out of it was just forcing myself to not care about anything or repeat any of the patterns I had set up for myself as a daily routine and to accept the consequences that I had an irrational fear of and thought would come from me not repeating those patterns (even though there really was none).

I wasn't able to sleep for a few days and probably had a couple of panic attacks but eventually the urge to do that shit started dying down. I don't think it's really a harmful disorder, just an annoying one that keeps you from ever really relaxing or enjoying anything, and it's a pain to get rid of.
