The only thing j enjoyed about that particular run was that the artist drew accurate gear and weapons. As a /k/commando I really appreciated that. Otherwise the run is pretty forgettable.

During Waid's run, it was a running joke that even though Matt had "proved" that he wasn't Daredevil, everyone still new he was. It got to the point where he'd wear a "I'm not Daredevil" shirt around as a joke.
As a lifelong Daredevil follower, Frank clearly decided to get one too.
Also, it serves as a bit of a joke, as both Frank and Daredevil often operate in the same areas in fact, during that run the two of them both coincidentally moved their areas of operation to LA but Frank, unlike Daredevil will kill your ass dead.
Kind of a "Daredevil doesn't kill!" "Well I'm not Daredevil" bit.

I liked the showdown between Frank and Electro, I thought it was a pretty cool "non-human vs. superhuman" fight. Frank's method for beating Electro made sense, and it also hammered home that without time to plan things out, Frank would've gotten stomped.
Also, even though most of the /k/ stuff was good, the Howling Commandos still had shit like Homing Bullets in it.
