What exactly is the purpose of having a New Avengers team? That's something I'd focus on. My goal would be to have entirety more obscure characters which have never been on an Avengers team and who aren't being used elsewhere.

Of course this would be a bit difficult because between Avengers, New Avengers, West Coast Avengers, Mighty Avengers, Secret Avengers, Young Avengers, Uncanny Avengers and Dark Avengers most everybody has been on the Avengers, so I would have to really dig to find members
