Why do all Disney females have black eyeliner on top of their eyes?

It makes the eyes "pop" more

It's standard for actors IRL. Even when I was in high school theatre, everyone wore eyeliner and mascara

Not that big a difference. If someone is naturally that platinum they don't have black eyebrows. Darker than the hair, okay, but not that black.

I know several girls who are naturally blonde and look like they've been in a fire where their eyebrows and eyelashes burned off unless they've got make-up on.

This is what pisses me off about Daenerys Targaryen in GoT, too. Ain't no way bitch would have eyebrows like that
