Why is it that the most pointless and trivial things in homestuck become important. Purplebloods can use chucklevoodoos to manifest fears. Lil cal uses gamzee to create the jack doll in John's dream room, which makes john scribble on the walls leading to john's dad getting the harlequin etc. etc.

That's something that didn't even really need to be explained (unlike the genesis frog), but if it was left out it would be an overlooked plothole.

It's been like 4 years since I've read homestuck and shit like this suddenly comes onto my radar and I look into it. The pieces were all there but they were so small it didn't even warrant a thought after all this time. Fucking chucklevoodoos.
