I loved this show. I know /co/ loved this show, but did kids like this show? I heard it got incredibly low ratings but a higher-up at Hub kept renewing it just because she liked it herself.

Would this show have been successful anywhere? Do kids want to watch a cartoon about a short angry man? Angry/bitter characters were usually my absolute favorite when I was younger (Dexter, ZIM, Squidward, Cat[dog], Mojo) so I imagine it must attract SOME kids. So why didn't this show but MLP, Pet Shop, and Transformers were able to get decent ratings?

I sure hope all the deleted scenes and content that pate keeps teasing us with will finally be released now and throughout 2017.
