Eternity War will be written by Ewing, no doubt about that. My fear is that Ewing, in his obsession with everything being canon and constant acknowledgment of continuity, he'd let the core book get derailed by the tie-ins. I could see Ewing trying too hard to make sure all the tie-ins fit into his comic and there aren't any contradictions at the expense of telling a good story.

Rocafort's paneling is basically design to have the most white space possible so he doesn't have to actually draw as much. I don't think he's as bad at paneling as that other anon implied, but he uses the same kind of "expiremental" style in every book he does and it almost always comes off as a hack job that's trying too hard to be "original"

Do you guys really want to bring Doctor Strange into this? I really really like that this book is rooted in super-science. It's Fantastic Four meets the Authority with some of the heaviest hitters in the Marvel U. Strange would probably complement Panther, Captain Marvel, and even Spectrum, but America and Doc Brashear would suffer, and Blue Marvel is the heart of this book.
