Wally was part of the Teen Titans before he was part of the JLA. Deathstroke knows his weaknesses better than Wally does, so it makes sense. In a straight fight Deathstroke would stand no chance, but that was never the point. Him getting the jump on the JLA was to spook them and get them to mess up, and he nearly succeeds

It's a shame that DC fags are so preoccupied with "m-muh powerlevels" that they forget everything surrounding that

He never fought Wally when Wally had access to the speed-force at a level that he was channeling. If he zones out, time nearly freezes around him so it just means that he ran straight into a sword that he could see. That's not even the stupidest part of that fight because somehow Slade also managed to get control of Kyle's ring despite it only working for him and Kyle forgoing his usual route of making constructs instead went for a right hook. Then there's also the part where he hits Atom with a fucking laser pen that makes him fly into Hawkman somehow. The scene is written terribly.
