I know Snyder's made it pretty clear he doesn't feel comfortable writing Damian because of the similarities to his own son, but I find it pretty odd how multiple Bat-titles fail to include Damian in the happenings of Bruce Wayne's civilian life.

After Damian's death, Snyder's Batman has not referenced to Damian at all. The closest we have come has been his picture on the latest ASB.

And there is a difference between not writing Damian, and not even explaining why amnesic Bruce negleted his ten year old son (it is public knowledge that Bruce has a biological son).
