I was thinking about Kat's situation and now that I think about it, she can't actually be turning into a god because of the robots belief can she? Coyote's explanation is that when a dead soul joins the ether it's belief also joins it and that belief makes Gods and shit like that.
Now ignoring that the robots don't have souls and can't effect the ether, the bigger problem is that none of the robots have officially died. I think Kat was probably always that thing or something else happened that we don't know about.

Well, each time Kat's seen a psychopomp, she's been flustered, scared, or repulsed. They seem normal to her.

Even after her time in the ROTD, which left her super-unimpressed, she tried to hide behind Mort when Ankou showed up. So the ether looks different to Kat, while Psychopomps look the same. Probably a good thing, if Annie decides to become a Psychopomp someday.

Well that is the thing. Coyote was created retroactively by the beliefs of current humans due to him already existing since before they created him. If Kat succeeds with her technorganic body for robot then he will be the first to truly be alive and therefore be able to die. The green dude himself is Jeanette's lover from the Forest who got murdered by the Court way back when, binding his soul to the arrow and creating the catalyst for Jeanette's transition into the murderous ghost we all know and love today.

As mentioned earlier, the RoTD is (presumably) a real place, as is the inside of the arrow. It's possible that she IS seeing things as they are since she's not very connected to the ether, whereas people who are see the place as a more dolled-up version due to ether shit, like a kind of vampire glamour effect.

So let me get this straight. Things in the Ether are more like "concepts" than actual things - there's the concept of the device trapping the green goblin but how that device is perceived is down to individuals, like with the rooms of the RoTD - there's the concept of a room, but to Kat it only contains the bare essentials whereas Annie sees a vast library (what would happen if she'd tried to pick up a book? Would it be unreadable as the timecodes were?).
Entities such as sentient creatures are also affected by perception (Coyote's bullshit, Kat's Mechaform) but have true forms that can be seen, such as Annie (the cut), Kat (regular) and psychopomps.
