The Battle of Beacon has her dashing left and right and blasting drones about without too much trouble until she really pushed it with the Summon.

If Tyrian comes, it won't take long before Qrow intervenes. We might finally have a serious fight with him. I don't expect Tyrian to die. He will probably flee and report to Salem that Ruby is being protected by Qrow, which makes things harder. So he goes back to searching for the Spring Maiden.

It's why environmental defenses were so important when they covered it in the world of remnant shorts. Hunters were the best they had at the time until tech advanced in atlas where the knights largely took over wall duty which was racking up casualties. And the endgame was platoons of knights with a penny and spec ops in a paladin for more complicated decision making which would let them go wherever and do whatever the fuck they wanted.

Clones are a really, really bad area to dip into. You have to give them accelerated aging which limtis their effectiveness. You have to sterilize them to partially control them. You have to give them deficiencies or other means to maintain control and even then you'll still have to constantly prune the ones that break conditioning to think about such basic things like holy shit I have no reason to live let alone fight until I die agaisnt unspeakable horrors. You're basically making-bioknights that are just straight up worse in all the ways that matter. Remnant isn't fighting separatist droid armies, they don't need cunning and intellect. They need brute force and numbers to eradicate without the double edged sword of more negative emotions fueling the grimm.
