it would be, except it's a totally different kind of candy. Different heating stage, different preparation, way different flavor. That said yeah they should be smaller, but I think the idea is that if you COULD fit them in your mouth, you would probably choke from having it in there so long with no quick easy retrieval system.

in the UK theyre called gobstoppers
the mini ones pictured are named after the ones in dahl's book, but those were almost certainly meant to resemble normal jawbreakers (even though the ones in the movie were like, weird gumdrop-studded caltrop candy). obviously nestle just wanted to go with something a bit easier to eat.
