I remember watching this shit really late on British cartoon network.

It was pretty fucking bizarre. In a lot of really weird ways, kinda similar to one punch man, in the sense that the world revolved around an administration of super heroes and would-be hopefuls trying to get recognized.

I got the weirdest story with this fucking show:
