I'd revamp the presentation of Iron Man such that the emphasis is on the defensive aspect, its *armor* after all. As a comparison I'd place him side-by-side with Mach X (or whatever version he's on) as a fighter jet analogue, with the Iron Man suit a heavy tank analogue.

Taskmaster would be promoted to one of the premiere villains of the Marvel U, in the way that Deathstroke was called up from the Teen Titans minor league.

Relaunch the Legion of Superheroes with Supe's kid Jon as the Superboy member, the team being truly kid-aged and not adult men with full-grown beards walking around calling themselves "lad".

Literally every character in fiction would be improved by being turned into a hot chick.
