Thor not being called Thor seems to be the easiest one. Although if they wanted unlimited diversity points could have introduced an existing storm/lightning goddess from a non-European people and be relatively weak from lack of active worshipers while heroing to spread her name gives strength to her. Probably not Oya since that name is in use for a mutant.
