i may be biased a bit here since both tony and bruce are my favorite characters, but i'd say either of them could take lex, with tony being able to take bruce pretty easy. he's smarter, he has more money and can build literal planet destroying doomsday machines ( read hackman ). he's figured out interdimensional and time travel and when the editorial doesn't want him to be poor and lose his company ( about once a year ) he has a full fledged army of robots/sentient armors capable of lifting dozens of tons, flying at multiple times the speed of sound and having the carrying the arsenal of a small military unit. and tony can be downright diabolical and is much more competent when he loses his inhibitions and "crosses the line" whatever the fuck this means.
