To be fair, Scarface would be hard to portray properly in lego form.

That said, I would kill for a series where Ventriloquist is a big villain. Maybe have him be working at Wayne Industries and stumble into the secret. He's a normal guy, so he's TERRIFIED of Batman and Bruce Wayne, a man who has so much money that he could have his whole family killed even if he wasn't a vigilante on the side. Obviously, he keeps the secret, but it slowly drives him insane and breaks part of him off into the resentful Scarface.

We, as the readers, know Wayne and Batman are mostly good, but imagine how terrifying the whole situation would be to a normal, powerless person living in that world. It would make Batman look at himself and shake him to his core, getting this close a look at what a normal guy thinks of him and in defeat, Wesker would do more damage to Batman than any other villain ever could.
