According to the solicits that are out so far, this seems to be how things are going to go:

Sales actually indicate people don't like him at all, period. Flash 9 ranked lower than Godspeed, which means wallyfags are still bitter about him. If Shade arc shows huge drop, they will probably get the message.

Bumblebee has a cartoon backing her up and she's the only black member of Titans. Omen's story is linked to Wally at the moment. Starfire may get a promotion but Raven is doomed at this point.
