Yea. Though they scale back a bit to a more reasonable level quickly enough. It was weird slang but they were consistent enough with it you catch on pretty quick. Helped actually sell it to me cause realistically teens always have weird slang so they can cuss without cussing.

Also i loved how he wasnt a "good" good guy. He was a realistic teen concerned about teen crap. The amount off time nomicon mustve facepalmed itself always had me laughing

I miss this show. It wasn't the greatest but it was very fun. It has a formula similar to Spiderman but I think this executes it better than most spiderman shows.

You know what was great? It didn't play to high school cliques and clichés. Yes Randy and Howard did stuff trying to be popular but they where hardly social pariahs and only got dumped on because they routinely did stupid shit. i was kinda hoping the show would age Randy a year through each season
but when the 2nd he was still 9th instead of 10th that kinda disappointed me
the show itself seemed like it wanted to go into more places and do more, but things got cut, it especially shows in the 2nd season too
probably one of the better teen hero shows if you ask me though, though that title isn't really prestigious
