They all died or were wiped away at the end of Infinity War. The only reason Spider-Doppleganglander survived was because of the Demogoblin (god I miss that supernatural goblin) put a bit of his power to resurrect the evil construct. So that unnatural life basically saved it twice from surviving the Infinity War and Carnage tossing him off a building.
