That's a tough one, because it would depend on the wearer of the Mask.
The battle between the Mask and Lobo was pretty similar to what you could expect from a fight between the Mask and Deadpool. They were pretty even, but the Mask eventually won by the virtue of being able to regenerate much faster than Lobo. The battle ended when they were both reduced to living heads and the Mask could create a new body in a second.
The way that Lobo managed to beat the Mask later on was by tricking him into removing it with some sort of gas, but I get the feeling that only worked because the current wearer was just a street crook. If someone with a stronger will was wearing it there'd be no contest; the Mask wins.

They knew that, and they included footage of Advent Children in the research. They wanted the most iconic version of Cloud, which, like it or not, is him with the Buster Sword. Which means that if Toph sends up a sand spike from where he's standing and he doesn't know it's coming, it'd be fatal
