There was a thread talking about obscure cartoons with Out There being the OP's picture, I think a few people know about it. Not that bad but its a less funny Napoleon Dynamite cartoon

its not a bad show honestly
the sidekick and cast seems uninspired but the writers really make the best of the concept

I don't know if I would call it ambitious but it's funny as hell, same goes for Pickle and Peanut.
