I like Farrell in general and can see him being used for something DCEU but not for Constantine and I'm not one of those people who's really attached to blond John or anything else in particular. I just think Colin would be good for a strong villain role - something that would be replicated over several films, such as a Sinestro type role. Also, since he's going to be playing a wizard in the Fantastic Beast movies, it would be better, I think, to put him in as a sci-fi or non-magic character.
