I get where the writers were coming from with these two having leftover romantic tension but this was just a really awkward time for a make-out session. Like the one thing that worked with this scene was Sam and Bucky's reaction to it. We like Steve getting some mostly because they like it. Otherwise it just feels rushed in this scenario.
