I loved Voltron growing up in the early 90s and I actually like girl Pidge a lot more than muppet Pidge.

Even the nostalgia factor doesn't boost MidgePidge enough for me to remember him as anything more than the little guy to Hunk's big guy. But looking back, I feel like Keith, Lotor and the Princess got the lionbot's share of dialogue and screen time, and everything else was just Voltron killing a Robeast.

One thing the reboot has done right is give the pilots and individual lion battles more focus than the original did.

I just want them to keep Lotor's backstory/personality and to cast a suitably cute twink for Keith.

Would like Shiro too, but realistically this version of Shiro hasn't been on the air long enough to add to a movie. Unless ratings have been that good.
