Well, Medusa was part of the Frightful Four for a bit before the Inhumans themselves were introduced since she was being controlled by The Wizard at the time, but they were introduced in the arc before the Galactus Trilogy so... around 1965 or thereabout?

I agree with this to an extent.

The push damaged them not because of casuals, but because of diminishing the X-Men in favor of a group that was essentially the prototype of the Eternals.

I legitimately loved the Inhumans until Hickman came along with the Universal Inhumans. Then Infinity happened.

On a related note to Infinity, I feel like Infinity War is going to channel some of that event as well to justify an Inhumans movie.
